The Amazing Blah.
I got down to breakfast, turned on the Tube and realised today was September 28. TAR 8 was premiering today, as usual, Channel 5 was being "kiasu" and showed it before competitor AXN.

I don't usually discriminate against sex, age or hair colour, but the concept for the Amazing Race: Family Edition, a.k.a. TAR 8, is rather dumb.
Rules for the previous games did not allow anyone below the age of, like, 18 (or 21, I dunno..) to participate in the race, but now, kids are in the show? I mean, these young racers aren't even in their preteens!! What use do they have except having a small endurance, cuteness and can't stay awake for more than 3 hours in a car? At least make some age limit for 14 or something. I'll definitely be surprised if one of two of such Families (Gaghan and Black[erm, yes. That's their Last Name.]) make it to the top 3.
I have a Team I dislike already. It's the Godlewski Family. They are a bunch of high-pitched whiny women (not girls, mind you, grown women.) who go around screaming "There it is! There it is!" and "Ahhhhh!!". It's the team we can do without. So I'll beg them to be slow.
I used to be a Fan of the show, but Season 7 became sour and I dropped the fanaticism altogether. I now only care who wins. As of now, it's still showing, but I got work to do.
